The Funkt brand is owned and operated by Pair Solutions Pte Ltd for the purpose of marketing and promoting our games and apps. We create and publish free mobile games and applications that aim to excite and entertain a global audience. This policy is designed to help you understand the types of information we collect and how we process and use this information for the betterment of Funkt apps. This privacy policy governs and details the main principles that Funkt applies to the data we collect and process to:
(i) Develop and publish mobile apps
(ii) Serve advertising that are tailored to the interests of users and
(iii) Run our corporate website (“Funkt.io”).
This policy also aims to remind you about your rights and to provide you with all the elements you need to exercise them.

Why does Funkt collect data from its apps and games?
When you install and use Funkt mobile applications, Funkt may choose to collect and process some of your data for different legitimate purposes.
Below are explanations regarding the reasons why Funkt may collect data and the legal bases Funkt relies on in each case.
Funkt collects data for various purposes:
To run analytics and understand how our users interact with a product or service in order to continuously improve it. (e.g. Identify a difficult or misunderstood section of a level/menu to address and improve the quality of our apps)
To serve advertising tailored to the preference and interests of our users and allow Funkt to continue to provide free services and products.

What data does Funkt collect from its apps and games?
Information about your device
When you use our apps or games we collect specific information about your device such as its unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV for iOS devices and Android ID for Android devices).
IP address and country of install (mapped from IP address)
Device manufacturer and model platform type (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, etc.) and the operating system and version running on your system or device
Technical information about the device you use and your connection (user agent, type of connection, timestamp)
Application or bundle identification (“app ID”) of the game installed
Unique advertising identifiers provided for iOS and Android devices (e.g, IDFA or Android Ad ID);
Data pertaining to your activities on our applications and notably the way in which you interact with our applications (for instance, how and when you use our applications) and with the advertising served in our applications (for instance, number of ads served, potential clicks)
Analytics
Funkt may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our apps.The type of information collected through our analytic providers default implementation includes:

Session duration
Operating systems
Device models
Geography
First launches
App opens

In-app purchases
Funkt also collects basic user behaviour in the form of tagged events (e.g, When a player completes a level, unlocks an item or submits a high score)
Funkt uses Analytic companies that provide us with tools and technologies that allow us to better understand how users interact with our services to help us improve it. Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Advertising
We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements that allow us to monetise and help provide users with free products and services. For all the purposes listed above the data that Funkt collect is limited to:

Your Mobile Advertising ID (Apple IDFA or Google AAID – which are technical identifiers developed by mobile operating systems for advertising purposes which remain under your control and can be reset or erased at any time in your device settings)
Technical information about the device you use and your connection (user agent, type of connection, timestamp)
Data pertaining to your interactions with the advertisements served (e.g., number of ads served, potential clicks)

Security and other important information
How long does Funkt keep your data?
Personal data collected, received and processed is not kept longer than necessary for the purposes described above in this policy.
In all cases, Funkt does not retain such data for longer than 2 months once a user has become inactive in our apps
Childrens data
Funkt never knowingly or willingly collect any personally identifiable information concerning children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
What rights do you have?
Consent withdrawal and opt-out of sale of information
You can change your consent status at any time from the Privacy Settings available in Funkt mobile games and applications.
Please note that if Funkt does not sell the personal information of its users, we may share it with third parties such as analytics and advertising companies in order to improve and personalize your experience and adapt the content and ads of our services.
Adjusting your consent settings within Funkt apps and games, will allow you to block the collection of data for these purposes and will de facto prevent the sharing of information with our analytics and/or advertising partners.
Access right
Upon request, Funkt will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may access or request deletion of your personal information directly by contacting Funkt as indicated in the “Contact” section of this policy.
Changes to this privacy policy
Funkt reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time, while Funkt will always comply with the legal requirements for data protection. Therefore, Funkt recommends that users regularly take note of the applicable privacy policy. Funkt will inform users in advance of any further use of data.
